Egg Wow Muffins
What You Need 1 ½ cups biscuit mix ½ stick butter, melted 1/4 cup milk 4 Jimmy Dean Fully Cooked Original Sausage Patties, chopped into small pieces 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese ½ cup shredded cheese, your choice (pepper jack, parmesan, or Colby are all yummy!) 6 eggs, whisked in a separate bowl with 2 tablespoons milk 1/2 teaspoon each garlic salt and seasoned salt What You Do This recipe makes 1 dozen regular-size savory pastries perfect for brunch or easy lunch with fruit


Mini Kentucky Hot Browns
Assemble these fun and unique open-faced sandwiches in a large casserole dish or aluminum disposable pan spritzed with baking spray. Pour the sauce over the sandwiches and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the sandwiches are golden brown. Fruit Rainbow with Fluffy Cloud Dip
Clean and drain/dry/cap fruits in a variety of colors. Prepare the Fluffy Cloud Dip: On high speed, beat 2 cups of heavy whipping cream with 1 tablespoon of vanilla and 1/3 cup sugar until the cream turns into fairly stiff peaks. Stir in 1/2 cup of vanilla yogurt and 2 tablespoons of marshmallow crème (optional). Prepare a tray of long lines of fruit in the order of the colors of the rainbow. Put a bowl of Fluffy Cloud Dip at either end of the tray.


Fettuccine Alfredo
What You Need 10-12 ounces of your favorite dry pasta (about 3/4 of a 1-pound box; fettuccine, mini bow ties, or penne work great for this dish) 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream 6 tablespoons butter (about 3/4 of a stick) 1 cup Parmesan cheese separated into 3/4 cups for the recipe and 1/4 cup to sprinkle on dish after preparing 1/4 cup grated Mozzarella or Italian blend cheese 1-2 tablespoons minced garlic (according to how much garlic you like) 1/2 teaspoon each seasoned or
